Who We Are & What We Do

PSB Transitions of Saratoga is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in crisis throughout Saratoga and the Capital Region. We provide a compassionate support network offering hope, stability, and practical help when it’s needed most.

We are proud to partner with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department to remove barriers and create access to athletics, enrichment, and community connection. Together, we ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive through inclusive and accessible local programming.
